The Country Essentials Wedding is designed for a small wedding with your closest family and friends, 25 guests is the maximum allowed, and a minimum of 4 rooms with overnight stays is required (while accommodation for all guests on the wedding night is recommended due to our remote location and resort experience). The Signature Country Wedding Package starts at $8500, excluding 15% service charge and tax. The total cost of the Event is estimated from approximately $13,000-$30,000 depending on how many nights the wedding party and guests might stay, as well as the amount of additional decoration or services beyond those listed in detail below.
Our Exclusive Resort Wedding is perfect for the wedding couples who want the entire resort to themselves. This “full resort use” is required for any weddings with more than 25 total guests, and the overnight accommodations can host up to approximately 60-80 guests maximum; depending on room sharing. An Exclusive Resort Wedding at Stonewater Cove starts at $58,000 total, excluding service charge and tax. This includes 2 nights of full-resort-use in all 25 accommodations (8 Luxury Kings, 6 Luxury Double Queens, 3 1-Bdrms, 7 2-Bdrms, and 1 Signature Three Bedroom Suite) with up to 66 guests on a Full American Plan stay, plus all wedding-related services and decorations listed below. Although maximum occupancy varies a lot depending on the level of room sharing amongst your guests, particularly within the larger suites, any extra guests beyond 66 total would be charged $140 per adult, or $105 per child (2-11) as well. Please note that we will also work to set custom overnight rates for your guests at your request, which could then be deducted from the end cost of your wedding.
Both the Country Essentials Wedding and Exclusive Resort Wedding include the basic wedding services and vendors needed for a beautiful ceremony and reception at the resort (an officiant, 6-hrs photography with full copyright and leather album cover, live ceremony music, flowers, hair & make-up, multi-tiered cake, cedar arbor, chairs, cake table decoration, reception table hurricanes, white china, custom table runners, and all set-up/tear-down), plus an additional night in a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite and a complimentary champagne toast for the cake cutting ceremony.
